Twice a week Yoga class taught by instructors who are sensitive to the limitations that you may have and encourage you to only do what you can safely.
The class is open to everyone, but if you have MS, it is paid for through a grant with the MS Foundation. The facility is not wheelchair accessible. There is a chair lift that requires the ability to transfer from a wheelchair and take one or two steps.
