The consensus seems to be that 4 things are needed to help you overcome the symptoms of MS:

  1. Healthy Diet-There are no official MS diets, but a diet low in salt, fats, carbs & sugar is most often recommended.  I have also illiminated dairy 100%, which is working for me.
  2. Exercise-I workout 6 days/week.  Weight machines, treadmill, recumbent bike, yoga & pool.
  3. Positive mindset-Make the most of every day! This may include finding a passion, meditating, or other things you enjoy & do to de-stress.
  4. Take a Desease Modifying Treatment-You need to work with youe Healthcare Team to find what works for you! Enjoy the Day, Ray
