Our group is one of hope, humor & courage in coping with MS. We offer a confdential place for those affected by MS to share their experiences & to recieve emotional support & encouragement. We believe that laughter & having fun is as important as medical information as we take this journey together with MS

Presenting on: Staying Active- What I Can Do Today
– Live demonstrations and examples of exercises!
– An introduction to physical fitness in MS at any level
– The benefits of staying active
– Returning to strengthening exercises after a relapse
– Adaptive exercises you can incorporate into your daily life
(35 minute presentation + 12 mins of Q&A)
