Our Self-help group provides a chance for individuals with MS, their families, friends and other care partners to share common experiences and concerns, provide and receive emotional support, obtain information related to the disease and on various aspects of living and coping with MS. The groups is led by people with MS, and is free of charge for anyone who wishes to attend.

You are invited to get together for Saturday morning coffee and breakfast! People with MS and their friends and family are encouraged to spend the morning socializing and meeting people in their area who are living with MS.

Delicious food and beverage options are available for purchase at Panera Bread.

There is no need to register, just come! We will have a table designated with a “Coffee & Conversation” sign.
