Yoga Therapy classes at Sacred Rivers Yoga help those with MS to improve balance, focus, concentration, and breathing, as well as aid in stress reduction. We have been awarded a grant from the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation to offer FREE chair yoga for the benefit of individuals that are affected by MS. Sacred Rivers Yoga has been offering the classes with the help of the MSF on a weekly basis since 2006. Join us on both Monday and Wednesday mornings at 10:45 am for our Yoga Therapy Chair class with Michele Mathews.
