You don’t have to have MS to be affected by MS. Our Self-help group provides a chance for individuals with MS, their families, friends and other care partners to share common experiences and concerns, provide and receive emotional support, obtain information related to the disease and on various aspects of living and coping with MS. The groups is led by people with MS, and is free of charge for anyone who wishes to attend.

Come join our group where we have lunch as we discuss current medications, treatment, doctors, tests, and sometimes we gripe about the world of MS seen through our eyes. Each one of us are at different stages of MS, however, we support and love each group member. We laugh, cry, and yell at this disease that unites us all.
