This my bash of the FDA! What they allow the american people to put in their bodies is based on what the food & drug companies lobby for & should be outlawed. Fifty percent of the budget for the FDA comes from the companies that they regulate. That’s like having the fox guard the hen house. That system is wrong & based on money and greed. Why are diseases on the rise while health care has improved?
READ labels & ingredients. If you can’t pronounce an ingredient, don’t buy the item. I follow the rule of 5! If there is more than 5 ingredients, I don’t buy it!!!
Go organic & you pay a premium. It costs more to not use chemicals. How rediculous.
